I think it's fraud, and sadly it appears, it is common with this company. And I do not think the AutoRenewal after I have cancelled is a mistake. I really think this is an intentional and dishonest effort to make it difficult for customers to cancel their subscriptions. And customer service has very limited hours and requires sitting on hold for an hour. There is also no way to disable AutoRenewal online (contrary to NetNanny's representations). When I try again to cancel, it simply cannot be done online. ![]() I have disabled the AutoRenewal function and yet when I log on, it says AutoRenewal is activated. Yet, I am still being billed for it surreptitiously every year. I uninstalled the software and haven't used it in over two years. I was thinking that I have canceled it and stopped auto pay on paypal. Net Nanny is on purpose to hide its name as most of people will order electronics production, and quite often ignore small bill like Net Nanny annual fee. Then I was still charged from my Paypal account, the bill is from an electronics company but actually is Net Nanny. I have ordered Net Nanny but I canceled it late on. I am reporting a fraud activity from Net Nanny, ![]()
